Features and Applications

Actmix LHFY/GE is a non-toxic pre-dispersed rubber deodorizer. Unlike other flavor-containing masking agents, it contains no volatile substances, protects the health of operators, and does not affect the physical properties, color, aging resistance and other performance of the product. This product is suitable for non-polar rubbers. It comprehensively decomposes or oxidizes malodorous substances in objects through the bonding reaction between various functional groups and volatile organic compounds in rubber, such as reducing malodorous substances including amines, alkanes, aromatics, olefins, halogenated hydrocarbons, esters, aldehydes, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen chloride, mercaptans and others, and effectively reduces VOC in the product.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: 1.0-5.0 phr
Application: Non-polar rubber products such as ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is 12 months.
